How I use calisthentics as my daily exercise ritual.

I've started doing calisthenics as a part of my exercise routine.

I've found that progressive body weight exercises allow me to grow stronger over time without needing to go to a gym.

I have a few calisthenics educators that I like to learn from:

Hybrid Routine 2.0


Repetition Speed:

  • 2 Seconds Down, 1 Second Pause, 2 Seconds Up, 1 Second Pause

Rest Times:

  • 90 Seconds between sets.
  • 2-3 Minutes between separate exercises
