Whenever I think about what's the worst thing that could happen and the answer is "we were wrong", there's another thing hiding below the surface.
What would happen if you're wrong? Would people die? Would people lose their job? Would you be sad?
Really consider what the worst that could happen would be and never settle for "being wrong" being the worst that could happen. ttle for "being wrong" being the worst that.
