Frontmatter

Today's Top 3
- All 3 items filled (not just 1-2)
- Items are specific, actionable outcomes (not vague tasks)
- At least one item is high-impact (not just busy work)
Habits
- All habits checked or unchecked (not left blank)
- Completion rate noted
Inbox
- Captures were made throughout the day (check timestamps)
- Items are actionable or processed into tasks
- Links to people/notes where relevant
Decisions
- Any significant decisions captured
- Context/reasoning included
Action Items
- Tasks captured with clear next actions
- Tasks linked to people/projects where relevant
Work Notes
- Work context captured
- Links to meeting notes where relevant
People Notes
- Interactions captured with Person links
- Praise/feedback tagged appropriately
Personal Notes
- Non-work life captured
- Balance between work and personal
Gratitude
- At least 1 item captured
- Specific (not generic like "family")
Reflection
- Energy/mood noted
- Wins and struggles captured
- Insights or lessons learned

- Each section is 0-2 points (empty=0, partial=1, well-used=2)
- Total: X/24 points
- Grade: A (20+), B (16-19), C (12-15), D (8-11), F (under 8)
